How To: Use FollowMe Forwarding (Legacy Voice Service/HPBX 2.0)
NTELogic’s FollowMe Forwarding feature allows your desk phone and cell phone ring at the same time.

Use FollowMe Forwarding to Forward Calls to a Single Number
Use FollowMe Forwarding to Forward Calls to Multiple Numbers
To turn off call FollowMe Forwarding
FollowMe Forwarding works for calls:
- To your direct phone number.
- To your extension.
- Routed to you through Auto Attendant.
FollowMe Forwarding Includes:
- Route calls to ring up to 3 phones simultaneously.
- Automatic pull back to internal voicemail.
- Forward calls to a single phone number without the pullback.
Use FollowMe Forwarding to Forward Calls to a Single Number
- Login to Voice Service portal (https://voiceservice.ntelogic.com)
- Login with your 10-digit phone number and voicemail PIN
- From left menu, click FollowMe Forwarding
- Select Forward Calls to:, select Specific Phone Number and select a stored number from the dropdown list
- Click Save Changes
Use FollowMe Forwarding to Forward Calls to Multiple Numbers
- Login to Voice Service portal (https://voiceservices.ntelogic.com)
- Login with your 10-digit phone number and voicemail PIN
- From left menu, click FollowMe Forwarding
- Select Forward Calls to:, select Multiple phone numbers at the same time (then voicemail) and select and/or add the numbers to forward calls to
- Click Save Changes
To turn off call FollowMe Forwarding
- Login to Voice Service portal (https://voiceservice.ntelogic.com)
- Login with your 10-digit phone number and voicemail PIN
- From left menu, click FollowMe Forwarding
- Select Calls will ring at your Office or use forwarding setup through your phone
- Click Save Changes
