How To: Use FollowMe Forwarding (Legacy Voice Service/HPBX 2.0)
NTELogic’s FollowMe Forwarding feature allows your desk phone and cell phone ring at the same time.

FollowMe Forwarding works for calls:
  • To your direct phone number.
  • To your extension.
  • Routed to you through Auto Attendant.
FollowMe Forwarding uses a web control panel to allow you the ability to turn on and off and modify forwarding settings. FollowMe Forwarding is included for all phones without additional fees.

FollowMe Forwarding Includes:
  • Route calls to ring up to 3 phones simultaneously.
  • Automatic pull back to internal voicemail.
  • Forward calls to a single phone number without the pullback.


Use FollowMe Forwarding to Forward Calls to a Single Number
  1. Login to Voice Service portal (https://voiceservice.ntelogic.com)
  2. Login with your 10-digit phone number and voicemail PIN
  3. From left menu, click FollowMe Forwarding
  4. Select Forward Calls to:, select Specific Phone Number and select a stored number from the dropdown list
  5. Click Save Changes


Use FollowMe Forwarding to Forward Calls to Multiple Numbers
  1. Login to Voice Service portal (https://voiceservices.ntelogic.com)
  2. Login with your 10-digit phone number and voicemail PIN
  3. From left menu, click FollowMe Forwarding
  4. Select Forward Calls to:, select Multiple phone numbers at the same time (then voicemail) and select and/or add the numbers to forward calls to
  5. Click Save Changes


To turn off call FollowMe Forwarding
  1. Login to Voice Service portal (https://voiceservice.ntelogic.com)
  2. Login with your 10-digit phone number and voicemail PIN
  3. From left menu, click FollowMe Forwarding
  4. Select Calls will ring at your Office or use forwarding setup through your phone
  5. Click Save Changes
