How To: Create a New Outlook Profile
  1. Close Outlook
  2. Click Windows button > Windows System > Control Panel
  3. Click User Accounts > Mail
  4. Click Show Profiles
  5. Click Add
  6. Give the new profile a name and click OK
  7. Enter your name
  8. Enter your email address
  9. Enter your email password
  10. Re-enter your email password
  11. Click Next
  12. When the Windows Security box displays, enter your email password and check the Remember my credentials box
  13. Click OK
  14. When setup finishes, click Finish
  15. Return to the Show Profiles window
  16. Change the Always use this profile setting to the profile name you just created
  17. Click OK
  18. Close Control Panel
  19. Open Outlook
