    How To: Create a New Outlook Profile
- Close Outlook
 - Click Windows button > Windows System > Control Panel
 - Click User Accounts > Mail
 - Click Show Profiles…
 - Click Add
 - Give the new profile a name and click OK
 - Enter your name
 - Enter your email address
 - Enter your email password
 - Re-enter your email password
 - Click Next
 - When the Windows Security box displays, enter your email password and check the Remember my credentials box
 - Click OK
 - When setup finishes, click Finish
 - Return to the Show Profiles window
 - Change the Always use this profile setting to the profile name you just created
 - Click OK
 - Close Control Panel
 - Open Outlook
