How To: Reset The Outlook Autocomplete Name List
Outlook maintains a list that is used by the AutoCompletion feature. The list is automatically compiled as you address email messages. When changing Exchange mail servers, the list becomes corrupt and Outlook will not be able to use the previous list. Clearing the autocomplete list allows you to rebuild the autocomplete list.

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Navigate to File > Options > Mail.
  3. Scroll down to Send Messages and click Empty Auto-Complete list:
