Frequently Asked Questions

1. Open Outlook and tap Get Started.


2. Enter your full email address and tap Add account.


Note: If you see Microsoft 365 logo and Microsoft account, select Not Office 365 option at the top.




Then select Change Account Provider > Exchange.



3. Enter the email address and password and tap Sign In for automatic configuration.


Note: If automatic configuration fails, enter all the settings manually. To show all server settings, toggle Use Advanced Settings On.

• Server name: Enter the provided Exchange server name. 
  Domain: Enter the provided domain name
  Username: Enter the username provided by your Support Tech
  
  

4. Click Sign In
