Troubleshooting Steps:

Step 1: Restart Your Computer:

  2. Visit the software developer’s website to download and install the latest version.
Windows:
  1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and install updates.
Mac:
  1. Go to System Settings > General > Software Update.

Step 3: Close Background Programs:

  1. Open Task Manager (Windows) by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
  2. Open Activity Monitor (Mac) by pressing Cmd + Space and searching for it.
  3. Identify high-resource-consuming applications and close unnecessary ones.

Step 4: Check System Requirements:

  1. Verify that your computer meets the software’s minimum system requirements.
  2. Check for adequate RAM, disk space, and graphics card compatibility.
