Step 1: Check Physical Connections:
- Ensure the device is plugged in and powered on.

Step 2: Restart the Printer or Peripheral Device:
- Power off the device and unplug it for 30 seconds.
- Turn it back on and check if the issue persists.
Step 3: Check for Error Messages:
- Look at the device’s display for any error codes.
- Refer to the user manual or the manufacturer’s website for error code meanings and solutions.
Step 4: Verify the Printer or Peripheral is Set as Default:
Windows:
- Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Select your printer and click Set as default.
Mac:
- Open System Settings > Printers & Scanners.
- Select your printer and set it as the default device.
Step 5: Check Ink, Toner, or Paper (For Printers):
- Ensure the printer has sufficient ink or toner.
- Check the paper tray for adequate paper and clear any jams.
- Ensure the correct paper size and type are selected in the print settings.
Step 6: Update or Reinstall Drivers:
